The aim of TALENT ASD is to promote the employability and integration of adults with autism and to improve training
opportunities for them.
-Development of individually tailored activation, counselling and training tools
-increase the target group's motivation, their ability to make informed decisions and strengthen their employability skills
-to equip adult educators/trainers with valuable knowledge, skills and tools.

 

 

Project results:

-TALENT ASD handbook, activation, career and educational counselling tool
-Training package for the employment of adults with autism
-Training plan and programme for educators
-Empowerment programme for the target group
-A package to raise awareness of autistic strengths
A peer mentoring network
-Increased motivation of the target group, ability to make conscious decisions, strengthened competences
-Improved ability of educators to provide individual activation, counselling and training.
