AURELIJA JANKIENĖ
Psychologist, Project Coordinator

Psychologist and project coordinator with 5 years of experience in the implementation of the Lifelong Learning Program, Leonardo da Vinci Innovation Transfer, SADM funded, Structural, Erasmus+ KA2 and KA3 projects. Conducts positive paternity group activities for families and consults couples on issues of mutual relations. Participates in providing comprehensive assistance to families with psychological and social difficulties.
Prepares training programs and implements them on social work professionals on a variety of topics, such as: “Aid for the clients who experience loss”; “New Methods – New Opportunities: Occupation Therapy in Social Work”, etc.
Currently is the coordinator of the project “Complex Services for family in Šiauliai City Municipality” (No. 08.4.1-ESFA-V-416-01-0008).

Professional knowledge is constantly being improved during international conferences and training.

DEIMANTĖ KANAPINSKIENĖ
Social worker, project coordinator

Deimantė Kanapinskienė has a bachelor’s degree in social work.
Currently works as a social worker at the “Communal Family House”, founded by the Social Innovation Center, consults families on various issues, provides motivation, information and life skills development services. Provides individual counseling and group activities for families affected by the crisis, organizes their occupation and family day events.
Also, currently, is social worker in the “Integrating people who are socially excluded into the labor market” project “Choose, achieve and maintain!”, provides social integration services. Helps people with social exclusion to integrate into the labor market.
Coordinates the international project “MENTOR: career-mentoring for transition success to work life”
Trains social workers on issue “Collaboration in a Social Work Team” where learners are introduced to teamwork, practically test various methods. Organizes and conducts practical activities on “New Methods – New Opportunities: Occupation Therapy in Social Work”, in which participants are introduced with innovative methods, that are practically tested.
Professional knowledge is constantly being improved during international conferences and training.

INDRĖ MAKARAITĖ

Indre Makaraite , has a bachelor’s degree of Psychology and a master’s degree of Clinical Psychology, has 1 year of individual counseling experience with arrested, convicted clients and people who experience anxiety, depression.Areas of professional interest are suicidology, auto-aggressive behavior, psychology of addiction, trauma psychology, personality psychology, art therapy, film therapy, psychodrama.

At present, she is actively involved in providing comprehensive care for families with a psychological impairment or lack of social skills. Works with social risk families, individuals who have used violence and victims of violence in a nearby environment, conducts group activities on topics related to job search. Participates in variuos project activities. Professional knowledge is being improved during conferences and training.

 

VIKTORIJA VASILIKAITĖ
Viktorija Vasilikaitė has a Bachelor’s degree in social work (at Vytautas Magnus University, Department of Social Work).

Victorija has experience with the victims of trafficking in human beings, as she has volunteered for the Lithuanian Caritas program “Aid for Victims of Violence, Trafficking in Human Beings and Prostitution”.Also improved her skills by teaching at Vytautas Magnus University’s “Atzalynas” progymnasium and gained experience in working with children. In 2012, she volunteered in the Siauliai City Municipality’s care home. Victoria has practice in working with social risk families, as she has performed apprenticeship at Kaunas Generation home, where she worked with women and children, who got a temporary accomodation.
Together with Laura Varžinskienė , a lecturer of the Social Department of Vytautas Magnus University , Victoria has written a scientific article on issue “Divorce Causes and Family Aid: Women’s Perspectives” published in the journal “Social Work. Experience and methods.2017 20 (2) “.

At present, she works as a social worker in Social Innovation Center, in project “Integrating people who are socially excluded into the labor market” program “Choose, achieve and maintain!”. Also, at the “Communal Family House” consults families on various issues.
