– formal and non-formal education (20 years) – lector and associated professor in Šiauliai University and Šiauliai College; trainer at VšĮ Socialinių inovacijų centras, etc.; creating and proceeding accreditation of new programs for social workers and other professionals and volunteers, experience in leading courses and trainings for social workers, social work students, managers, employees, volunteers, etc.

– last 23 years coordinating and developing international East Europe Committee (Sweden), Norwegian financial mechanism, LLP and ERASMUS+ projects; experience in projects’ development: valorisation (dissemination and exploitation); evaluation (internal, external); quality assurance; needs assessment; product preparation, adaptation, piloting, testing, refinement, implementation; organisation of partner meetings; preparation of programmes, trainings, guidelines, workbooks, etc.

Psychologist, Project Coordinator

Psychologist and project coordinator with 5 years of experience in the implementation of the Lifelong Learning Program, Leonardo da Vinci Innovation Transfer, SADM funded, Structural, Erasmus+ KA2 and KA3 projects. Conducts positive paternity group activities for families and consults couples on issues of mutual relations. Participates in providing comprehensive assistance to families with psychological and social difficulties.
Prepares training programs and implements them on social work professionals on a variety of topics, such as: “Aid for the clients who experience loss”; “New Methods – New Opportunities: Occupation Therapy in Social Work”, etc.

Currently is the coordinator of the project “Complex Services for family in Šiauliai City Municipality” (No. 08.4.1-ESFA-V-416-01-0008).

Professional knowledge is constantly being improved during international conferences and training.

Currently she works as an administrator in Social Innovation Center.

A social worker

2019 completed bachelor’s degree in social work. She participated in voluntary activities in the Carite of Šiauliai Diocese, where she had interacted with persons belonging to various social groups.

Currently she is involved into the Project “Complex Family Services in Šiauliai City Municipality” as a social worker.

She is active in various projects and improving professional knowledge during conferences and trainings.

Project Manager with a Masters Degree in European Union Politics and Administration with over 5 years experience in project implementation.
